Job Description
Implementation Manager at Nimble Solutions leading revenue cycle management projects for surgical organizations. Driving project success through effective communication and client engagement in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation through completion.
- Schedules and leads all project calls.
- Communicates and maintains project plan and deliverables.
- Creates and/or utilizes existing project plans.
- Client facing with strong ability to facilitate onboarding of complex clients.
- Weekly reporting of project status with risks/issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Revenue Cycle experience, ASC revenue experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive, proactive approach, with commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
