Job Description
AI Implementation Specialist leading AI adoption and building scalable systems for a growing consumer brand in e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and own the company’s approach to AI adoption across departments.
- Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve workflows, efficiency, and output.
- Build and prioritize an AI roadmap based on business needs and operational impact.
- Serve as the internal owner for all AI-related initiatives across the organization.
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve execution speed.
- Translate existing processes into scalable and repeatable systems supported by AI and automation.
- Ensure workflows are practical, reliable, and integrated into daily operations.
- Continuously refine systems based on performance data and team feedback.
- Partner with ecommerce, growth marketing, and operations teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Support AI use cases across ecommerce optimization, marketing workflows, reporting, documentation, task automation, and process efficiency.
- Help teams improve speed and output without increasing complexity or sacrificing quality.
- Monitor and maintain AI workflows to ensure ongoing effectiveness and reliability.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and refine systems as tools evolve.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in automation, systems, operations, technical project management, or AI implementation roles.
- Experience applying AI tools within a business environment.
- Experience building workflows or systems that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Experience within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or growth-focused environments is strongly preferred.
