Job Description

Implementation Specialist executing client onboarding and implementation processes for service-based clients remotely. Key responsibilities include managing tasks within Asana and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute client onboarding and implementation with speed, accuracy, and extreme attention to detail
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new clients
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new properties / acquisitions
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for portfolio and package changes
  • Perform detailed, manual implementation work: Data setup, uploads, configuration
  • Process-driven execution (no shortcuts)
  • Work within Asana to manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines
  • Maintain clear status tracking so blockers are visible
  • Support Client Success with operational tasks when onboarding volume is lighter

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Implementation
  • 3+ years experience in Onboarding
  • 3+ years experience in Project coordination / operations (hands-on execution roles)
  • Strong experience using Asana (task management, workflows)
  • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable doing repetitive, technical, and execution-heavy work
  • Strong written English communication
  • Confident asking questions and pushing for clarity
