Job Description
Implementation Specialist improving healthcare operations at Zotec. Collaborating across teams to ensure timely implementation and quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Execute required implementation tasks according to the implementation plan and make adjustments as necessary
- Meet established schedule deadlines for implementation completion
- Support established communication schedule and provide updates to team members so they may communicate on the progress of implementations
- Work with the implementation manager to ensure proper system set up and functionality for each client
- Appropriately document implementation activities
- Participate in required client calls to be available for questions regarding implementation completion
- Ensure that the implementation deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
- Support current client base with new or existing implementation needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Management
- 2 + years in a project management role with responsibility for owning the project plan
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working across multiple functions within an organization
- Ability to do what it takes to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and adherence to established processes
