Job Description
Inbound Phone Sales representative assisting customers in selecting automotive parts over the phone. Requires genuine automotive interest and offers work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers
- Sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs
- Participate in an 8-week paid training program to gain automotive knowledge
Requirements:
- Must have genuine automotive interest
- High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
- Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
