Job Description

Inbound Sales Performance Leader with TurFresh improving the performance of inbound sales team. Responsibility includes coaching, training, and enhancing sales processes for optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the daily performance of the inbound sales team
  • Coach sales consultants through structured one-on-one coaching
  • Conduct role-play sessions using real customer scenarios
  • Inspect execution to ensure coaching becomes a daily habit
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Operations to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Available during U.S. Pacific business hours
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience improving inbound sales performance by coaching
  • Experience with call reviews and AI-generated coaching insights
  • Experience in conducting one-on-one coaching and structured role-playing
