Account Executive driving adoption of PurpleLab's healthcare data analytics platform across Life Sciences industries. Focusing on revenue growth in pharmaceutical, biotech, and emerging sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive net new revenue growth through the acquisition of new logos and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Align client business needs with PurpleLab solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM entries.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across commercial, medical, and data science functions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, helping to shape future solutions and GTM strategies.
  • Proactively identifies and develops new business opportunities, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Drives full-cycle sales efforts with a focus on outbound prospecting, building new client relationships, and closing new logos.
  • Thrives in building relationships from the ground up. This role is about opening doors, not just managing existing accounts.
  • Focused on generating pipeline and closing new business in white space markets with minimal existing footprint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience selling to life sciences clients.
  • Bonus points for demonstrated success on both clinical and commercial.
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or DaaS.
  • Bonus points for experience with Real World Data.
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology, data, and analytics.
  • Trailblazers who are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
  • Diplomats who can identify the needs of various stakeholders and navigate the associated internal/external politics.
  • Innovators who thrive by challenging the status quo.
