Job Description
Instructional Design Analyst responsible for training development and support at LCMC Health. Collaborating with IT and clinical teams to ensure effective training for healthcare applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and develop training plans for EPIC and other applications.
- Complete environment build/prep, support go live processes, and provide help desk support as needed.
- Prepare and present training plans, materials, and conduct classes on patient-care systems.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on troubleshooting, integration, reporting, and training.
- Create and maintain training documentation as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (5 years of relevant experience in Lieu of Bachelors)
- Associate degree (3 years of relevant experience in Lieu of Bachelors)
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- Certification in at least one EPIC application.
