Job Description

Training Developer in Qualus Field Engineering department creating e-learning content and collaborating with clients. Responsibilities include instructional design and development of training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop instructional content tailored to the specific needs of the Client.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning objectives, gather content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop engaging, interactive e-learning courses using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
  • Create comprehensive storyboards and scripts to guide the production of digital learning assets, including multimedia, videos, animations, and simulations.
  • Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure learner progress, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Review and refine instructional materials based on stakeholder feedback, learner outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Manage content development projects to ensure timely completion, maintaining high-quality standards and accuracy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of instructional design methodologies, technology trends, and best practices to continuously enhance training solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience, specifically focused on e-learning content creation.
  • Proven proficiency in instructional design software and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, and learner-focused content.
  • Excellent skills in storyboarding, scripting, and assessment design.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving learning technologies and client needs.
  • Relevant instructional design certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD, ATD Instructional Design Certificate) are highly desirable.
