Job Description
Instructional Designer developing digital learning solutions at RB Global. Engaging learning experiences and interactive content creation leveraging Adobe Learning Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive eLearning courses within Adobe Learning Manager
- Convert operational procedures into engaging digital learning experiences
- Develop eLearning modules, microlearning content, and assessment tools
- Administer and manage learning programs and certifications
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing eLearning or digital learning content
- Required technical skills: Adobe Learning Manager, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Articulate Storyline
- Preferred experience includes SCORM and xAPI learning standards and immersive learning technologies
- Key Competencies: Instructional Design, Learning Technology, LMS Administration, Multimedia Production
