Job Description
Remote USA L&D Trainer delivering Empower mortgage software training to clients through implementation and go-live. Developing training materials, knowledge articles, and train-the-trainer sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site and virtual instructor-led training for implementing and existing clients, including Empower System Administration, POS in Empower, and Aiva
- Deliver Lunch and Learns and train-the-trainer sessions
- Help build and update training materials
- Turn delivered sessions into knowledge base articles
- Share client feedback and training gaps with the L&D team
- Deliver Empower training to clients through implementation and go-live
- Direct clients to the knowledge base and Dark Matter Academy for continued self-service learning
Requirements:
- Empower or mortgage LOS experience
- Strong client-facing facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual
- Working knowledge of instructional design
- Able to travel for on-site training
