Job Description

Manager, Integration leading M&A integration efforts and enhancing company growth strategy. Collaborating with various teams to streamline healthcare acquisition processes and achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive cross-functional integration plans for acquired businesses and lead post-deal planning.
  • Drive the back-end execution of M&A transactions to full integration including integration due diligence, strategy, planning and execution and partner closely with the M&A, business and functional leaders to create value from M&A.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal, finance, HR operations, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and execution of integration activities.
  • Continue to improve the company's M&A integration approach in alignment with overall business objectives and the evolution of our operations.
  • Drive change management approach and build communications infrastructure to efficiently and consistently manage employee experience through integrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate M&A. Preferably within Healthcare Services.
  • Strong analytical acumen with demonstrated experience in financial and operational analysis.
  • Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators and experience working with operational healthcare data sources.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
