Job Description
Intermediate full-stack developer building imaging software for Alimentiv, a global gastrointestinal-disease clinical research organization. Developing, supporting, and documenting applications using Angular, AWS, Node.js or Python.
Responsibilities:
- Advance software development lifecycle stages from system design to robust implementation, focusing on Imaging products
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex solutions
- Own design and implementation tasks
- Participate in application maintenance and support
- Write complex, clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Translate design specifications into functional software
- Identify code optimization opportunities and refactor code for performance and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Coordinate rotational support efforts and troubleshoot advanced application and user issues
- Analyze recurring support issues and implement efficiencies
- Develop and refine support workflows
- Identify trends for preventative maintenance or enhancements
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans
- Author validation and technical documentation
- Create technical support documentation and standard operating procedures
- Review and approve validation documents from Computer System Validation Specialists
- Attend advanced training programs
- Coordinate learning sessions to enhance team technical capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma, plus 2-4 years experience in Full-Stack Development
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript (front end)
- Experience with AWS services and deployment pipeline (back end)
- Angular/TypeScript
- Node.js or Python
- AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, and API Gateway
- CI/CD
- Docker
- Git
- Cornerstone3D or a similar web DICOM viewer library preferred
- DICOM preferred
- Validated-environment delivery preferred
