Job Description
IRM Developer implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions for enterprise clients across various domains. Collaborating with Cyber, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams for best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions for enterprise clients across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity domains.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- Vendor / Third‑Party Risk
- Issues Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Configure:
- Risk statements, risk scoring & assessment models
- Controls, indicators, attestations
- Regulatory mappings (SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, PCI‑DSS)
- Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow IRM with:
- Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream
- ERP / Identity / Data platforms using REST APIs & MID Server
- Support UAT, production rollout, and post‑go‑live enhancements
- Work with Cyber, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory teams.
Requirements:
- Work Experience Level - 4 to 6 Years
- Certification Required :
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM) (Optional)
- CAD / Vendor Risk / SecOps CIS
- CISA / CRISC / ISO 27001
