Responsibilities:

  • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and permission changes across our core systems.
  • Handle internal support requests - password resets, access issues, software troubleshooting, and general "how do I..." questions.
  • Support a mixed-device environment spanning Mac, Windows, and mobile devices across both company-owned and BYOD setups.
  • Maintain our identity and access management practices, ensuring the right people have the right access.

  • Monitor and maintain our core productivity tools to ensure reliability and security.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows users in a mixed-device environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS application management (we use Slack, 1Password, and various internal tools).
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts - you can diagnose problems methodically and explain solutions clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills - you'll be helping people across all levels of the business, often remotely.
  • Self-directed work style - comfortable prioritising your own work and knowing when to escalate.
  • Genuine interest in improving how things work, not just keeping them running.
  • Nice to Have Experience with endpoint management or MDM solutions (particularly in mixed OS/BYOD environments).
  • Exposure to identity providers and SSO configuration.
  • Basic scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
  • Experience in a healthcare, regulated, or high-compliance environment.
  • Previous experience in a growing or scaling organisation.

Benefits:

  • Flexible, fully remote working from anywhere in Australia (Eastern seaboard timezone preferred)
