Job Description

IT Specialist supporting hardware and software needs for Tecspal's APAC operations. Manage technical support processes, supplier coordination, and operational visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software technical support
  • Manage and resolve RMA tickets, including categorization and follow-up
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners
  • Track and register service movements
  • Maintain up-to-date information in internal platforms
  • Support general operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in hardware and software technical support
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and task management
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership
