Job Description
IT Specialist supporting hardware and software needs for Tecspal's APAC operations. Manage technical support processes, supplier coordination, and operational visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software technical support
- Manage and resolve RMA tickets, including categorization and follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners
- Track and register service movements
- Maintain up-to-date information in internal platforms
- Support general operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in hardware and software technical support
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and task management
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Interest in technology and continuous learning
