Job Description

IT Specialist providing 100% remote support to a global team; resolving tickets and ensuring system integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Tier 1–2 tickets (Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365)
  • Manage access (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO tools)
  • Troubleshoot VPN, network, and remote connectivity issues
  • Run onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Maintain endpoint security, patches, and updates
  • Track tickets and hit SLA targets (clear ownership)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years IT support (helpdesk or systems support)
  • Microsoft 365 admin experience
  • Active Directory and Azure AD hands-on
  • VPN and remote troubleshooting experience
  • Windows and Mac support
  • Fluent English and Spanish
