Job Description

IT Support Specialist providing internal IT support remotely from the Philippines. Part of a global team collaborating from home offices in Canada, the US, and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal IT Support
  • Primary Point of Contact for external IT support provider
  • Asset & Access Management
  • Track and manage software licenses
  • Onboarding/Offboarding of employees
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT workflows
  • Evaluate, recommend, and assist with implementing new tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in IT support, asset management, and software procurement
  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
