Job Description

Supervisor for a Helpdesk project leading and managing a remote team in Bosnia. Responsibilities include performance evaluation, coaching, and driving team success with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily leadership and motivation of the team to achieve set targets
  • Conduct coaching and regular feedback sessions
  • Promote internal communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments
  • Implement internal and client-specific processes
  • Quickly adapt to changes

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of professional experience as a customer advisor or in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a call center as a supervisor is a plus
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and team members
  • Proficient communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
