Job Description
Supervisor for a Helpdesk project leading and managing a remote team in Bosnia. Responsibilities include performance evaluation, coaching, and driving team success with continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Daily leadership and motivation of the team to achieve set targets
- Conduct coaching and regular feedback sessions
- Promote internal communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments
- Implement internal and client-specific processes
- Quickly adapt to changes
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of professional experience as a customer advisor or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a call center as a supervisor is a plus
- Confident verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and team members
- Proficient communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
- Good MS Office skills
