Job Description
Junior Art Director in Social Media at Endo Health GmbH designing engaging visuals for women's health products. Collaborating with teams to enhance social media presence and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and further development of social media graphics (stills, slides, carousels) and creation of templates for all products
- Editing and (super catchy & cool) polishing of short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) that our creators have pre-recorded
- Creation of motion designs & animated graphics to make our content more engaging and easier to understand
- Visual development of existing social media accounts and co-development & branding of new social channels for upcoming products of Endo Health GmbH
- Translating content ideas into strong visual formats
- Fast, efficient content production for everyday social media needs
- AI has become a valuable tool in your creative workflow and you're excited and motivated to stay close to developments of new tools that can help your workflow
Requirements:
- Initial professional experience or relevant training/studies in design, graphic design, media, art direction, or similar
- Strong sense for social media, trends & platform aesthetics
- Experience with video editing & motion design (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Confident in creating graphics & layouts (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Canva)
- Understanding of fast production cycles & iterative work
- Creative ideas combined with a structured, reliable working style
- Interest in women's health and a desire to live the mission "Closing the Women's Health Gap" with us
- Initial experience with performance-oriented content
- Enjoy data-informed optimization (hooks, edits, thumbnails)
