Job Description
Junior Billing Manager at appflame responsible for invoices and VAT tasks. Engaging in finance processes for international entities and ad-hoc finance-related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and organize invoices and supporting documents for VAT reporting purposes
- Be involved in monthly intercompany operations reconciliation and ongoing billing process of the legal entities that operate in foreign jurisdiction
- Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks
Requirements:
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or other related field
- Result oriented and hard-working
- Responsibility and readiness to act independently
- Knowledge and experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- English Intermediate
- Will be an advantage: Basic understanding of VAT, taxation, or accounting principles
- Will be an advantage: Started financial qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.)
