Job Description
(Junior) Commercial Steering Manager driving transparency and performance steering for B2B business. Collaborating across functions and building scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive transparency and performance steering across the B2B business
- Own and continuously develop our weekly NOI steering across brands, channels, and accounts
- Analyze and assess demand plan changes and forecast adjustments to identify revenue impact and improvement areas
- Support and actively contribute to annual strategy and budgeting processes, as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Support Pricing & Trade Terms initiatives
- Build and continuously improve steering tools and dashboards to increase automation and transparency
- Collaborate with and manage stakeholders across different functions to drive ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a leading consulting firm, in strategy and/or business development, or in a start-up environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on attitude and a focus on rapid execution
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes
- Solid knowledge of Excel and comfort building and maintaining models, deriving insights, and automating workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
