Job Description

Junior CRM Consultant focusing on Marketing Automation at MAI Marketing Automation Intelligence. Supporting operational implementation and continuous optimization of data-driven marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational implementation of marketing automation activities in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze or Brevo
  • Setup, maintenance and further development of automated campaigns, workflows and customer journeys
  • Creation and implementation of email sequences (e.g., drip emails, triggered emails, lifecycle campaigns), including template editing and content integration
  • Planning, coordination and independent execution of marketing automation projects
  • Structured organization and prioritization of tasks within ongoing campaigns and projects
  • Segmentation of target audiences and implementation of automation logic
  • Thorough quality assurance and testing (content, personalization, delivery logic)
  • Maintenance and structuring of data in CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Close collaboration with consulting, creative and tech teams
  • Documentation of setups, processes and learnings
  • Support in the analysis and optimization of campaigns

Requirements:

  • Initial practical experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation (e.g., internships, working-student roles or first full-time position)
  • Ideally experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Brevo or comparable platforms
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing as well as basic CRM and database structures
  • Enjoyment of structured work and executing detailed tasks
  • Strong quality awareness and an eye for detail
  • Logical thinking skills and understanding of automation logic and processes
  • Reliable, conscientious and independent working style
  • Basic technical understanding; ideally first exposure to APIs or system integrations
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent German both written and spoken (C2 level); good English is an advantage.
