Job Description
Technical Integrations Analyst helping clients integrate systems with Monato’s fintech platform. Analyzing integration flows and resolving technical issues for scalable implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of client integrations with Monato’s platform, including APIs and operational workflows.
- Assist clients during sandbox testing, request validation, and go-live processes.
- Analyze integration flows to identify friction points, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot API behavior and help diagnose integration-related problems.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Participate in discussions around integration improvements and implementation best practices.
- Contribute to post-mortem analyses for incidents related to integrations.
- Help identify patterns and feedback that can improve product reliability and developer experience.
- Review logs, API requests, and technical documentation to understand and diagnose issues.
- Create and maintain documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks.
- Ensure information is clear and accessible for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve operational processes around implementations and integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Advanced english (Written & Spoken)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar).
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to read technical documentation and analyze logs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
