Serve as the focal point for the Digital business unit, acting as the liaison between the business and technology teams while ensuring alignment and execution of digital strategies
Manage the development roadmap and backlog for digital products (e-commerce and apps), pursuing optimization, alignment, and achievement of established goals
Collaborate with technology teams (Engineering, Architecture, Data, etc.), write specifications, and support the prioritization of digital products
Foster an environment of collaboration and learning
Manage IT service contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms (SLA, uptime, etc.)
Lead quotations and RFPs to select solutions and vendors for the digital business unit
Work with business teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate digital system solutions
Stay up to date on new technologies and market trends in the digital environment
Seek innovative solutions to the company's challenges
Monitor and analyze digital product performance metrics and indicators

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) applied to digital product development (e-commerce and apps)
Experience with project and squad management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
Ability to define, monitor, and report performance metrics (KPIs)
Experience conducting user research and A/B testing
Basic knowledge of web/mobile technologies, APIs, and integrations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Clear and objective communication with technical teams and stakeholders
Empathy to understand user and business needs, with a focus on delivering continuous value
Adaptability to rapid change, strong organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution
Specializations/certifications in Product Management or Agile frameworks are a plus
Track record of significant deliveries in the digital sector, preferably in e-commerce or apps
