Job Description
Junior Specialist in Pre-Sales Operations supporting iHorizons sales team with proposals and quotations. Collaborating with teams and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals/ quotations for the delivery unit.
- Organize proposal delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with the different team members to ensure timely delivery of their parts.
- Compiling the different components of the proposal and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate closely between the sales team and service delivery team members to arrange meetings with clients.
- Translate the requirements in the form of preparing proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with sales teams to prepare proposals based on the RFPs and business solutions and ensure timely submissions.
- Support the Sales Operations Lead with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Liaise with the Service Delivery & Development Unit and provide the required details of proposals and quotes to the sales unit that asked for a proposal or participated in a tender.
- Create and Maintain sales-related records and documents using Microsoft Teams, to ensure the information is preserved for future reference.
- Conduct research, analyze data and oversee various administrative tasks.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of the data by performing regular audits and validations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or related fields is preferred
- 1 - 2 years’ experience, with a minimum of 1 year IT or related industry experience in similar role (Experience in IT Industry is preferred)
- Good MS Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft teams
- Working knowledge of CRM is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools
