Job Description
Account Manager managing strategic client relationships in the water management sector for Eurofins. Ensuring operational coordination and contributing to commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proactive management of a portfolio of strategic clients
- Gather, analyze and anticipate client needs
- Provide technical advice tailored to clients' specific requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of Major Accounts quotes and validate invoicing
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (internal and client KPIs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in scientific, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering or management)
- Previous successful experience in client account management or in a technical environment is a plus
