Job Description
Regional League Development Manager responsible for league and tournament business in Southeastern United States. Focuses on developing, retaining, and recruiting bowlers and leagues.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the league and tournament business within their respective regions
- Facilitate fulfillment of regional goals and company initiatives
- Work directly with center League Champions
- Develop, retain and recruit existing and new bowlers and leagues
- Attend League Officer meetings and individual league meetings
- Collaborate with each center’s League Champion/GM/DM to help identify opportunity days to grow leagues
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls with League Champions
- Build a strong working relationship with local & state associations
- Attend local association meetings/workshops
- Complete weekly reporting
- Mentor one new manager each month in their respective region
Requirements:
- B.A. /B.S. degree
- 3 - to 5 years related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
