Job Description
Senior Area Applications Manager responsible for quality, delivery, and customer experience at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Leading multi-state performance and financial stewardship in the Applications organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own regional business outcomes across quality, delivery, customer experience, cost, and people results for a multi state Applications organization
- Lead through people leaders (manager of managers) with accountability for leader capability, performance management, engagement, and succession readiness
- Build and execute the regional operating plan, including demand forecasting, capacity modeling, prioritization, and trade off decisions
- Own financial stewardship for the region, including controllable expense (travel, overtime, productivity/utilization) and execution within operating targets
- Establish and sustain a rigorous operating rhythm (Daily Management / Policy Deployment), translating performance data into durable corrective actions
- Serve as the regional integration point across Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, and Commercial leaders to resolve systemic issues and deliver shared outcomes
- Lead enterprise or cross-regional initiatives with measurable impact beyond direct span of control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years’ experience OR master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated accountability for regional or multi site performance outcomes (quality, delivery, customer experience, productivity)
- Demonstrated accountability for financial or cost management, including controllable expense, capacity, or productivity decisions
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, Commercial)
