Job Description
National Key Account Manager managing key accounts to drive Diversey's growth in foodservice and healthcare sectors. Engaging in strategic coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all national sector-specific activities, including the development and organization of business plans
- Shaping the sector strategy, including implementation of associated promotions
- Acting as the interface between customers and internal specialist departments
- Ongoing relationship management for all key accounts, planning customer contacts with regular business reviews (contact quality and quantity)
- Indirect leadership and coaching of account managers, as well as coordination of staff assignments
- Continuous analysis of sales performance for assigned customers and initiation of measures when performance deviates from plan
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in sales / key account management
- Knowledge of chemicals, products and the industry; experience in healthcare, particularly in nursing and housekeeping, is an advantage
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Very good English skills
- Excellent conceptual thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Residence in Germany
