Job Description

Interlocuteur privilégié de clients stratégiques chez Eurofins, pilotez la relation client et contribuez à la performance commerciale.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive management of a portfolio of strategic clients
  • Collect, analyze and anticipate client needs
  • Provide technical advice tailored to clients' specific requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of Key Account quotations and validate invoicing
  • Manage client requests and complaints
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators
  • Draft specifications in collaboration with national clients
  • Lead and ensure proper use of internal tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (Bac +3) to Master's (Bac +5) degree in scientific, technical or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering, or management)
  • Prior successful experience in account management or in a technical environment is a plus
