Job Description
Interlocuteur privilégié de clients stratégiques chez Eurofins, pilotez la relation client et contribuez à la performance commerciale.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proactive management of a portfolio of strategic clients
- Collect, analyze and anticipate client needs
- Provide technical advice tailored to clients' specific requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of Key Account quotations and validate invoicing
- Manage client requests and complaints
- Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators
- Draft specifications in collaboration with national clients
- Lead and ensure proper use of internal tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's (Bac +3) to Master's (Bac +5) degree in scientific, technical or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering, or management)
- Prior successful experience in account management or in a technical environment is a plus
