Job Description

L1 NOC Operator supporting customer enquiries and Level 1 network operations remotely. Focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining service quality across network and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network alerts and operational systems
  • Perform structured troubleshooting following established processes
  • Escalate incidents to the Network Engineer when required
  • Provision and activate customer services
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and complete ticket logs
  • Assist in developing and improving support documentation and SOPs
  • Perform basic SOC monitoring responsibilities
  • Contribute to building and strengthening the support framework

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Clear and professional English communication skills
  • Calm, methodical, and structured working style
  • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid customer support and technical environment
  • Telco experience is advantageous but not required
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setup
