Job Description

Lead Digital Marketer driving digital growth through omnichannel marketing strategies. Managing budgets, optimizing tech stacks, and implementing effective data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a cohesive digital roadmap across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, and Content Marketing.
  • Analyze the user journey to identify "leaks" in the conversion funnel and implement A/B tests on landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs. You must be able to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • Ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect our brand voice, aesthetic, and values consistently.
  • Act as the "voice of the brand" across all digital channels, writing high-converting copy for Facebook/Google ads, landing pages, and email sequences.
  • Design and execute an end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce churn.
  • Build sophisticated automated email/SMS workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase upsells, and win-back campaigns.
  • Segment our customer database based on behavior (RFM analysis: Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to deliver highly personalized content.

Requirements:

  • **Direct-Response Copywriting:** A portfolio or proven track record of writing copy that directly resulted in conversions/sales.
  • **Retention Tech Stack:** Hands-on experience with CRM and ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or ActiveCampaign).
  • **Psychology-Driven Marketing:** A deep understanding of consumer behavior, persuasion triggers, and how to write for different stages of the buyer’s journey.
