Job Description
Virtual Assistant supporting business development through lead generation and appointment setting. Conducting cold outreach and managing client interactions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify leads that match our ideal client profile
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Engage leads in conversation and qualify their interest
- Schedule appointments and manage the sales team’s calendar
- Track outreach and follow-up activities in CRM or tracking tools
- Maintain and update prospect data and lead lists
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or appointment setting through cold outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident and professional in handling objections and follow-ups
- Familiar with LinkedIn, email automation tools, and CRM systems
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
