Job Description

Virtual Assistant supporting business development through lead generation and appointment setting. Conducting cold outreach and managing client interactions remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify leads that match our ideal client profile
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Engage leads in conversation and qualify their interest
  • Schedule appointments and manage the sales team’s calendar

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or appointment setting through cold outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident and professional in handling objections and follow-ups
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, email automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
