Job Description

Project Manager overseeing client-facing projects in an entrepreneurial environment at Public Partnerships LLC. Ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and oversees the successful delivery of multiple client-facing projects
  • Serves as a key liaison between clients, development teams, and leadership
  • Responsible for analyzing client processes, recommending and implementing system and workflow improvements
  • Supports business development efforts through proposal management and client demonstrations
  • Mentors junior staff and contributes to organizational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
