Job Description

Learning & Development Partner at Orcrist creating and implementing learning programs in a remote tech startup. Driving employee growth and capability building with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and run learning programs that support employee development across all levels, from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Conduct regular learning needs assessments by partnering with team leads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including a learning management system (LMS) and a structured onboarding curriculum.
  • Create engaging training content in a variety of formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources.
  • Support our feedback cycles by designing supporting materials, training the team on communication and manager enablement content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to continuously improve programs.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment such as a tech startup or scale-up.
  • You have a university degree in a related field, such as organizational psychology.
  • You are a certified Business Coach or Mediator.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
  • You are comfortable working independently and can take a program from idea to delivery without a lot of hand-holding.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and know how to work with leaders at different levels of an organization.
  • You are data-driven and use metrics to evaluate and improve the learning programs you run.
  • You are fluent in English and German (C1+).
  • You are comfortable in a fully remote setup and know how to build community and engagement in a distributed team.
  • You bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and can prioritize when everything feels urgent.
