Job Description
Independent consultant introducing premium personal and leadership-development programs. Building relationships and a flexible, performance-based consulting business remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Introduce qualified individuals to premium personal and leadership development programs
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
- Utilize digital marketing and social media professionally
- Follow established business systems and operational processes
- Conduct professional follow-up with prospective clients
- Manage consulting activities independently and professionally
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability
- Commit to continuous learning and leadership development
- Build an independent consulting business using established systems, mentorship, and digital business tools
- Provide information about available educational resources using an established consultation process
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for lifelong learning
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and online platforms
- Professional experience in coaching, consulting, psychology, leadership, business development, sales, entrepreneurship, management, education, customer relations, or related professional fields is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, but not required
- Must understand that this is an independent role with results-based compensation
- Genuine interest in a self-employment opportunity
