Job Description
Independent consultant promoting premium personal and leadership development programs. Building professional relationships and a performance-based remote consulting business through digital tools and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Introduce qualified individuals to premium personal and leadership development programs
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
- Utilize digital marketing and social media professionally
- Follow established business systems and operational processes
- Conduct professional follow-up with prospective clients
- Manage consulting activities independently and professionally
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability
- Commit to continuous learning and leadership development
- Build an independent consulting business using established systems, mentorship, and digital business tools
Requirements:
- Independent Contractor position; self-employment opportunity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for lifelong learning
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and online platforms
- Professional experience in coaching, consulting, psychology, leadership, business development, sales, entrepreneurship, management, education, customer relations, or related professional fields is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, but not required
- Results-based, performance-based compensation with no guaranteed compensation
