Job Description
Learning and organizational development manager advancing bilingual leadership programs at The Wonderful Company. Designing workshops, learning experiences, and talent solutions for 10,000+ employees.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted organizational development partner to the business
- Consult on team effectiveness, leadership and talent needs, and organizational challenges
- Design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and custom engagements supporting business outcomes
- Design, develop, and facilitate learning experiences for intact teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in English and Spanish
- Lead or manage internal learning and leadership programs, including development, content creation, program management, and delivery
- Measure learning and program effectiveness
- Analyze results and stakeholder feedback and recommend improvements
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities, partnerships, and approaches that expand organizational impact
- Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning, leadership, or professional development programs in fast-paced, complex organizations
- Experience with both virtual and in-person learning experiences
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with professional fluency in written and verbal communication and facilitation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field strongly preferred
- Ability to facilitate workshops and create, adapt, and deliver presentations and learning materials in business Spanish and English
- Skilled facilitator, presenter, and consultant
- Ability to translate business needs into practical learning, leadership, talent, and team-effectiveness solutions
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority across levels, functions, and business units
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make progress with limited direction
- Strong analytical judgment and experience using data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes
- Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of leadership and organizational assessment tools such as DiSC, 360 assessments, Hogan, MBTI, or similar instruments
