Learning & Development Manager running onboarding, training logistics, and launch readiness for Daymark Health’s value-based oncology care platform. Scaling care-team programs across new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day logistics behind how care teams get trained and onboarded
- Own the training calendar and coordinate subject matter experts and trainers delivering each session
- Ensure every new hire completes onboarding on schedule
- Translate Clinical Operations' training framework into session-level design, including materials, activities, and pacing
- Manage trainers and contributors, including feedback on delivery quality
- Build and maintain training calendars across markets, sequencing cohorts and overseeing session logistics
- Review completion data and new hire feedback, bringing recommendations to senior leadership
- Build reusable templates, job aids, and a training library for new market launches
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and refine content and delivery
- Own training week execution and go-live readiness for new market launches
- Partner with Clinical Operations and market leadership to align training timelines with hiring and launch plans
- Participate in market launch planning and ensure cohorts are trained on time
- Own the new hire onboarding checklist and LMS across markets
- Coordinate SME and trainer availability and distribute materials before sessions
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and facilitate shadowing with Care Team Managers
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in L&D or training program management, including at least one experience scaling a program across multiple sites
- Strong enough to argue for a change with data, disciplined enough to work inside Clinical Operations' framework rather than around it
- Track record managing trainers or training delivery staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives, launches, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable using data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Passionate about improving the experience of people navigating a cancer diagnosis, and motivated to build the team that delivers on that mission
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to operate on East Coast or Central hours
