Job Description
Junior Technical Training Specialist supporting SGS, a global testing, inspection, and certification company. Developing medical-device training, e-learning content, and regulatory assessment programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of core technical training courses related to medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO13485, and MDSAP
- Convert raw training material into e-learning modules
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content effectiveness and defined learning outcomes
- Provide routine administrative support to the competence and training team
- Manage training certificates, enrolments, and training-record uploads into CAPCAP
- Collaborate with CV reviewers
- Assist with peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews
- Support scheduling of CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review activities
- Track new trainees' progression and qualification status
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant medical-device regulations and ensure training materials and delivery methods remain compliant
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively impart knowledge and support the learning process
- Proficiency in both online and face-to-face training methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly
- Prioritising the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate within a team environment
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in the field of medical devices gained in the IVD/MD industry
- Proven experience in progressively training technical skills, preferably within multinational organizations using online and face-to-face methodologies
- Bachelor level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects or modules
- Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence
- CV submitted in English
