Job Description
Junior training specialist developing medical-device compliance training at SGS, the global testing, inspection, and certification company. Supporting e-learning, assessments, scheduling, and trainee qualification tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO13485, and MDSAP
- Convert raw training material into e-learning modules
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective content and defined learning outcomes
- Provide routine administrative support to the competence and training team
- Manage training certificates, enrolments, and training-record uploads into CAPCAP
- Collaborate with CV reviewers
- Assist with peer reviews and marking assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews
- Support scheduling CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review activities
- Track the progression and qualification status of new trainees
- Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of relevant medical-device regulations
- Deliver technical training programs for Medical device segment employees
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively impart knowledge and support the learning process
- Proficiency in online and face-to-face training methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly
- Prioritising the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate within a team environment
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in the field of medical devices gained in the IVD/MD industry
- Proven experience in progressively training technical skills, preferably within multinational organizations using online and face-to-face methodologies
- Bachelor level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects or modules
- Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence
- CV submitted in English
