Job Description
Local Search Manager improving local SEO and reputation across Driven Brands’ 4,000+ automotive service locations. Developing listing strategies, KPIs, and customer-feedback programs.
Responsibilities:
- Audit, continuously monitor, and analyze local listing performance
- Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement systematic solutions
- Evaluate content and technical performance and make timely recommendations and alterations
- Identify, document, and manage SEO best practices for local listing management
- Partner with brand marketing teams to develop reputation strategies
- Solicit and act on customer feedback across multiple platforms
- Develop SEO KPIs for consistent and comprehensive performance management and reporting across onsite and technical aspects
- Manage SEO and reputation performance for the company's 4,000+ locations across its portfolio of automotive service brands
- Collaborate with brand partners and development teams to improve local search presence and address content and technical improvements
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience
- 3-5 years of experience managing SEO for local businesses
- Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business segment
- Experience with local listing tools such as Semrush
- Experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with reputational platforms such as Yelp and Trustpilot
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
- Good problem resolution and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across several projects with competing deadlines
