Job Description
Maintenance Analyst for Grupo Boticário ensuring maintenance operations across retail locations while collaborating with local teams. Managing service requests and maintaining data organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute building maintenance and HVAC service requests for company-owned points of sale;
- Coordinate and manage service requests with third-party suppliers;
- Daily update and monitoring of the status of service requests in the platforms;
- Keep the database up to date and organized;
- Submit completed service requests for billing;
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) or Architecture;
- Experience in retail maintenance;
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of data and continuous improvement (a plus);
- Organized, dynamic, proactive, and collaborative profile.
