Job Description
Oversee team to support enterprise strategy at OU Health. Evaluate growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Business Growth
- Provides day to day management of work that supports the enterprise strategy
- Analyzes, manages, and provides support evaluating growth opportunities
- Oversees the recruitment and on-going development of employees within the team
- Works cross-functionally to evaluate and implement strategic initiatives
- Facilitates complex inter-departmental projects to develop business plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience
- 3 years of experience with planning, financial analytics and project management responsibilities
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- CFA preferred.
