Job Description
Manager Clinical Data Management Programming managing resources and tracking project outcomes at Thermo Fisher Scientific in a remote role. Collaborating on tool development and leading client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team and resources for clinical data management programming
- Track project timelines and budgets
- Provide technical leadership and client interaction
- Contribute to tool development and process improvements
- Assist in bidding and business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in relevant field
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of relational database systems (RDBMS)
- Proficient in SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview
- Strong organizational and time management skills
