Job Description
Manager, Client Operations at DSV overseeing inventory management and team supervision. Guiding best practices and facilitating global inventory sharing for client operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage indicated client site and ensure inventory management is coordinated
- Supervise planners and customer service specialists
- Meet with other Site Leads and Operations Managers to share best practices
- Publish and review operational metrics
- Perform planning activities including material & consumption analysis
- Facilitate sharing of global inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 3 years of professional experience
- 5 years in supply chain related work experience
- 3 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility
- Strong understanding of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
