Job Description

Manager of Enterprise Data Services at HarmonyCares leading data product operations and overseeing a team to drive healthcare decision making. Business analysis and data security focus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for building and maintaining high quality foundational data products
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data products
  • Manage a team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data products and processes for Value Based Care Payer Contracts
  • Communicate with consumers regularly on data related processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather data requirements and implement new payer contracts
  • Co-create project goals and timelines across the team and with stakeholders
  • Construct and execute a prioritization framework
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and refine new solution features
  • Counsel teams leveraging frameworks (e.g., scrum) focusing on data-driven prioritization and value-driven outcomes
  • Demonstrate understanding of Acceptance Test Driven development, DevOps principles, data/system integration needs
  • Leverage understanding of non-functional product requirements to build holistic roadmaps
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data processing systems and infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building data products and managing data operations
  • Understands business needs, strategic objectives, processes, how data and analytics are used, and the link between data and analytics strategy and business strategy
  • Extensive experience with SQL and Databricks with a strong understanding of Agile development, Production Operations, and SDLC principles
  • Demonstrated experience in data quality in a production operations setting
  • Data security and the appropriate care of sensitive patient information
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a desire to always be growing their technical knowledge and leadership acumen
  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations preferred
  • Experience with Healthcare data, interoperability (eg: HL7, CCDA etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with CMS data – Medicare/Medicaid Programs and payer claims data preferred
