Job Description
Service Manager for Insider Threat Investigations at Allstate leading investigations and overseeing cross-functional strategies. Focused on detecting, investigating, and mitigating insider risks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex insider threat investigations, including data loss, fraud, system misuse, and policy violations
- Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with Allstate policies, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls
- Direct investigative strategies across SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and on‑premises systems, leveraging digital forensics, behavioral evidence, and correlated analytics
- Partner closely with Allstate Legal counsel on privileged matters, escalation decisions, and engagement with law enforcement or external partners when warranted
- Provide clear investigative insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to Insider Threat leadership and executives
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of investigators, reinforcing professional judgment, confidentiality, and ethical investigation practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in insider threat programs, cybersecurity investigations, or risk analytics
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioral monitoring, and forensic investigation techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
