Job Description
Service Manager at the bugman managing pest control service quality and team operations. Leading a skilled team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction in pest control services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of termite and pest technicians
- Oversee service routes for maximum efficiency
- Monitor service quality and metrics
- Serve as the subject master expert on SPCB regulations
- Resolve customer service opportunities
- Maintain accurate service and team member records
- Manage equipment and inventory maintenance
- Oversee vehicle fleet
- Exhibit performance standards and values expected of your team
Requirements:
- Valid SPCB Branch 2 and 3 license
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or related advanced degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Service Management role
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Verifiable references
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
